There was a problem with the vehicle about three weeks after it had been in the shop. I talked to Ray and he was very quick to offer to send out a tow. Three days later they were still unable to replicate the problem. They did go above and beyond to ensure that the problem did not return. I expected to pay for the time, the parts and the tow. Because the problem if it returned could cause a major accident they refused any payment and stated that it was a public service they do for their customers. I bought and maintain this vehicle for an elderly woman to help her be independent and get to her medical appointments, and store etc. I appreciated John's Auto helping me out with such good service.
