I was scammed. My vehicle came back worse than when I brought it in. After not even recreating the problems the servicer advisor said that he knows I'm not crazy but there is nothing wrong with your vehicle. Then he asked to keep the vehicle another night to diagnose the problem. I said no. I picked up my car. I just had all the fluids exchanged at the dealership and this shop's inspection report listed low coolant and needed all the maintenance that had just been done. The car had 25 miles added to odometer with low coolant. The brakes are spongy and need attention and the idling is rough. And most heartbreaking is my car hood is dusty (it just rained), the windshield is pitted, and the interior is full of hair, leaves and rocks. I didn't take pictures so how can I prove it?

As usual very friendly and complete and through work. Theyre always very upfront about what needs to be done and whats most important to address and what can wait . A lot of other mechanics Ive seen over the years try to get you to have things done you dont really need. I def would recommend Johns to anyone looking for a great and honest mechanic shop
