my car fobs and keys would not open my car - we had no idea what was going on...but within one afternoon I had a visit with a service advisor, triple a to open the car door, and I got in immediately to install a new battery - service doesn't get much better than that!

I’m a senior citizen and came to John’s for an oil change. Not only did they do the oil change but they also checked my tires, all the fluids in the car, etc…a thorough inspection. They are polite, professional and they clearly care about their work. Moreover, I completely trust them so they get a 5 star recommendation from me!

My experience with John's Automotive was not a pleasant one! I believe that they tripled the price of the parts and as far as the labor that was exaggerated also. I would not recommend this auto care business to anyone! Sincerely an unsatisfied customer.
