Very nice people and great service

Last week I took my car in for some brake work and other maintenance. Two days after I got my car back, there was an issue with my parking brake. I had my car towed back to John's, and Brian had it looked at right away. It was an issue that wasn't exactly their fault, but they took care of it anyway without charging me. I am a big believer in the "Nordstrom Way" of customer service, and nowadays I rarely see it. But Brian and his team did exactly that! I have been using John's Automotive for years and will continue to do so.

I was extremely happy with my experience at John’s Automotive Care. The customer service was excellent, and the mechanics were clearly knowledgeable and experienced. As a busy parent, I truly appreciated the quick turnaround that got my car back to me promptly. John’s Automotive also offers a convenient shuttle service for customers traveling to work or home, which was a huge help. Juan, in particular, was wonderful, friendly, professional, and courteous while driving me home. Overall, every employee I interacted with provided outstanding service. Great service, efficient repair and good prices.

They were able to take my car and get it back to me in relatively good time, especially considering it was the day after MLK day. On top of replacing the necessary parts, they made sure that the quality and value of not only the products, but the labor was far and manageable. They even ran a full diagnostic for me to let me know what else I need to keep an eye on or consider working on sooner than later. Oh and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and didn't make me feel dumb for not being very auto-literate.
