This time, I'm disappointed that they only performed diagnostic work for me for $300, and in the end, this company was unable to fix the problem with my Highlander! Because the exact location of the electrical fault wasn't determined! I was offered a starting price of $600, as I was told I needed to physically touch all the wires! No specific amount was given! I was advised to contact a Toyota dealer for help.
