I called John's automotive to see what I should do with my car since a piece of metal in the road punctured my gas tank and I had to have a towed. They told me to have it towed there to check it out. They were so efficient and nice I was blown away by the experience. I never been to John's before, only my husband has and he highly recommends them as well. John's automotive will be the only place I take my car to, it was a pleasure to find a efficient honest auto repair shop.

Came in for an oil change and to check a new noise. They were fast, friendly, and fare. As a long time customer, they know my car and fix small problems they find as a courtesy.

Easy to set up an appointment with John’s Automotive care. My AC wasn’t working. Drop off my car in the morning and they offered a shuttle back home and for pick up. They were thorough and suggested other maintenance recommendations. My car was ready for pick up on that same day. Now my AC works and I am a happy customer.

Service was excellent. Work was done quickly. They sent me an email of the diagnostic problem. Had a driver that was able to pick me up and drop me off so I didn't have to call Uber. The driver that dropped me off to my home was excellent very courteous. I will use Johns Automotive Care La Mesa again for my future car needs.
