Jay and Brian at John’s are so kind and easy to talk to! We take both our cars to John’s and always leave with a good understanding of what’s happening to our car and how they are going to fix it. I love the way they send the diagnostic information for your car with photos attached, and I feel like their pricing is fair especially for the service you receive! The shuttle driver Juan is sweet, easy to talk to and kind! I won’t take my cars anywhere else!!

Got a new set of brakes and a transmission drain and fill and my car legit feels new now lol I would 100000% recommend John’s Automotive Care to anyone needing quality repairs done by competent professionals at a fair price

Just wish that when I called it was made clear that there is a fee of $300 to evaluate my car and to check why the wrench light was coming on, on top of what it costs to fix it. I would have shopped around. Seems like a great automotive place for people with money.

They did a whole car evaluation when I was just asking about the wrench light. I took my car somewhere else to look at the exact same thing, they charged me 1/2 hour to evaluate it and then $153 to fix it, total $248. John's quoted me almost $300 to fix it and $300 to evaluate it. Seems like a great automotive place for people with money.

I needed to replace the oil pan on my 2010 Corolla as the plug was stripped. Toyota service wanted over 1K to do the job. I wanted a AAA certified place with a good warranty to do the job and also get a second opinion. Johns reviews were good, so made the decision to take it there. Service advisor Bryan was helpful. The job was done in just a few hours and saved me $400. They did a thorough check of my car and did find other items I will need to address but nothing major and they didn't upsell to get it done that day. So far very satisfied with the job done. I also got a ride home while job was being done which was nice.
