Brian was great to work with, he explained the process, sent me the estimate and we discuss it to my satisfaction. He said it would take 3-5 days depending if they found something that couldn't be seen. He called me the next day, expecting bad news, he actually let me know one of the items could actually be resolved under a KIA manufacturer recall saving me money. My car was ready on the 4th day, Jay his co-worker on the counter offered to put me in touch with someone at KIA of El Cajon, it will be there this Wednesday less than a week after picking it up. I didn't meet the mechanic\s that worked on my car but they must be not only good but honest. Thanks to all at John's!!!

My experience could not have been better at Johns Automotive in La Mesa. Cant believe its taken me this long to use their service. Professional and helpful with a comfortable feeling. Which means a lot when at a mechanic. They explained everything thoroughly in detail and offered Military or AAA discount. Literally felt like I was talking to a family member and it was my first time. Wont be my last. Thank you Brian and Jay for your excellent service. Really appreciated it!!
