it's my second time here for oil change, all the staff are very friendly. the most thing i like was after the change oil, they will send you an email regarding an inspection details and recommendation if any for your car. Awesome service.

So friendly and welcoming! Brian was so helpful and patient. He really took the time to answer each of my questions and the questions my dad wanted me to ask. I came to John's Automotive with transmission concerns and Brian was really great at breaking down what was going on with my car overall and what specifically was wrong with my transmission in an easy to understand manner. Although I did get bad news, Brian reassured me that I can stop by any time with any car I have to have them look it over and give me all the details of the cars condition so I will be doing just that as soon as I get a chance. :)

I’ve taken our Car to John’s twice now. Jay at the front desk is awesome. He is knowledgeable, super friendly and does his job great. They show genuine concern for your vehicle and do everything possible to get it fixed right and back on the road as soon as possible.
