Came here on two different occasions for two different services. Both times I had to take my car back because the problem was NOT fixed. Recently in June, I took my car in for brake service because there was a very loud screeching sound when the brakes were applied. They told me they replaced my rotors and brake pads—the sound was gone for about half a day. Called back and told them the brakes are still having issues. They apologized and replaced the brakes again a few days later. About 24 hours go by — brakes are STILL making a screeching sound. It’s been a little over a month now, I have been debating whether or not to reach out again but ultimately decided not to. I cannot keep missing work to have my car in the shop for a full day just to NOT get any work done. I paid almost 500 for this service also and I am so disappointed. I let the first incident slide but I am very upset about this second one. I will have my car looked at by another mechanic shortly to verify what was actually done or done incorrectly.
