I took my car in at 8am on a Friday morning for engine code P0456 (Evap emissions). Brian and Jay were extremely professional and considerate of my time and offered to first change the gas cap and clear the code, which saved me from spending my day off at the mechanic and spending more $ than I may have needed to! Top notch customer service!

One of the best auto shops I've come across in San Diego. I did a lot of research and asking around before my neighbor recommended this place. I worked with both Jay and Brian regarding my 2007 Corolla. Because my car is older (and needed a thorough maintenance check) I was wary about which auto shop I went to because I didn't want to get unnecessary work done. Both guys were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and realistic on what was worth getting fixed on my car, which I appreciated. I also think their prices are super reasonable.

5 star service with quality products that needed to be replaced in my car. I had a rather large bill for all the things needed for my 10 year car but that’s what happens once you roll over your first 100,000 miles. A few more weeks and their courtesy car will be available, that was my only grievance. Due to the amount of my bill the John’s Automotive Team threw in some $10 gift cards to a local BBQ restaurant down the street. Highly recommend John’s Automotive.
