Brought in due to a noise from rear due to backing up over a concrete parking lot dividing. Was told I needed front struts for $1500. I paid them for the diagnostic charge and took my car to a dealership. Verdict: It was a loose bolt on the rear shock. It was tightened free of charge . There is no evidence that I needed new struts. Either John’s Automotive care is extremely incompetent or extremely dishonest to single females.

Great place to take your car and friendly and honest staff! The service completed fast and at a good price. First time customer. I believed I received $25 towards my 90,000 mile service on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Glad my car didn't require much work. I will be back for further repairs down the road.
