John's is the only place I go for my car now. My boyfriend's 95 year-old grandparents went here, then his parents, then him, and now me-- and I have to say, the service is unparalleled. Every person I've interacted with has been thorough and honest in their work, and personable and kind each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I took my car to John’s for a repair that was also an insurance claim. They were really fast sourcing parts, documenting the problem, communicating with my insurance and the appraiser. I will take all my cars to John’s in the future.

Update 7/30/2021: Brian contacted me as soon as he heard of this issue and committed to helping me resolve this. He was very attentive and made my issue a priority. Although I didn’t enjoy the back and forth, I’m so happy and relieved they listened to me and took care of it once I made it known. Brian truly made the whole process effortless and a breeze for me. It’s been about a week now, no issues as of today. Original: Came here on two different occasions for two different services. Both times I had to take my car back because the problem was not completely fixed.
