I have been going to John's Automotive for about 3 years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. I am a college student as well as a female. It can be intimidating to walk into a place like this not knowing anything about cars and being worried they're going to take advantage because of the lack of knowledge I have on cars. At John's you do not have to worry about any of that. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. They even communicate with my mom and dad via phone of the updates on my car. They have wonderful customer service and you can tell they love what they do. I will continue to go to them for my oil changes and any car issues I have.

I called John’s and a friendly helpful voice answered told me to bring my car in the next morning at nine and they get on it to diagnose it to see what was wrong. I got a rental car after I dropped it off thinking that it may be a couple of days, but they got on it and had it done by 3 o’clock, so I was able to turn my rental car back without paying for an extra day. I liked the vibe there so much that I referred a friend there for her breaks.

Great people to work with

I had a really good experience at John’s autobody. Previously, I was taking my jeep to a jeep dealer and they would never get the work done on time and it always cost more than what they said it would. So I decided to try John’s autobody because they had a lot of great reviews so I made an appointment. I came in at 8 o’clock. We went over the work that should be done and what it would cost. I gave the OK for all the work. I was told the car should be done at 2:30 PM. I got a call at about 2:23 PM saying the car was done and I could come and pick it up. I paid the same price that they quoted me in the morning. There was no extra costs. The service was really excellent. I plan on going back.

I found John's automotive be a honest and clean place to do business with. Their fast and efficient. Very friendly and up beat all the time! Never had more enjoyable time at a repair shop in my life! Would recommend them to all my friends. Keep up the good work. You always have my repair needs.

The did a great job, very helpful and friendly. It's a nice alternative rather than taking your car to the dealership.
