From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. However, what truly set John's apart was the exceptional service I received from Brian and Jay, the service advisors. I needed to replace the oil pan on my 2010 Corolla as the plug was stripped. Toyota service wanted over 1K to do the job. I wanted a AAA certified place with a good warranty to do the job and also get a second opinion. Johns reviews were good, so made the decision to take it there. Service advisor Bryan was helpful. The job was done in just a few hours and saved me $400. They did a thorough check of my car and did find other items I will need to address but nothing major and they didn't upsell to get it done that day. So far very satisfied with the job done. I also got a ride home while job was being done which was nice.

So impressed with their honesty and their work! The dealer quoted me a ridiculously high number for AC work and John’s was able to do the job for a fraction of the price.
