I have been taking my car to the dealership for routine maintenance for the last 2 years but decided to support a local merchant in La Mesa for my routine oil and oil filter change this time around. I am so glad I did! From the call for a quote (which was very reasonably priced), the ease of scheduling my appointment online, the Covid safety precautions being taken in the lobby area, shuttle service to my house after drop-off, the text with a link to the results of my vehicle health inspection, and the pick-up of my car after it had been serviced...absolutely BEST IN CLASS customer service and vehicle care! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I haven’t experienced this kind of service in a VERY long time. So refreshing!
