Once again. A great experience. I received a quote to check my truck for the dreaded Emissions codes. Within a few hours they called with an updated estimate based on a thorough inspection. Parts had to be sent out to an outside vendor of there's. The very next day, they called to tell me that my truck was done and that the their vendor made a mistake in his quote to them and they were able to lower my estimate by $ 300.00. Now, who does this ? I would or never had known. All four times I have used John's has been as great as a vehicle repair can be. Keep it up.

John’s automotive has always been extremely friendly, on time, and great quality work. I never feel pressured to get other services I might not need. They’ll address what I came in for, and if I may need service down the road, they just give me a heads up, which I appreciate, so that I can do the maintenance in my own time. Kind staff and quick service. I’ll continue to go here for all of my car maintenance and repair!
