Performed a thorough inspection with pictures of a new, used vehicle that I just purchased then acted as an advocate for us in an attempt to get vehicle returned to dealership due to the amount of issues that the car had. Easily the most professional, friendly, transparent auto shop I’ve ever encountered. I brought in a used Ford Ranger and explained that I needed them to give it a “once over” to make certain there were no major issues. He understood and then outlined everything they’d be looking for and what I should expect. Throughout the process I was provided with pictures of the work and a list of critical items as well as those that could wait. Brian even invited me back to the bay to see the truck and meet the mechanic assigned to the repairs. Completely up front about necessary repairs, timing, and cost. They delivered the vehicle when promised with a complete printout of the work completed. What sets John’s apart from other auto repair businesses is they understand that most of us aren’t mechanics so they speak to you in a clear, reassuring manner and won’t sell you something you don’t need.
