I had such an amazing experience with John's. I had my car towed here because it was the nearest shop to me that was recommended by AAA and from the moment I had my car picked up Brian has contacted me and kept me updated with every step the technicians were taking. I was never unaware of what was happening. After the issue was isolated it was immediately repaired and there was a full inspection which was very honest. As soon as they finished the inspection I received an email with the results very detailed and the cost of the fluid replenishes. They also offered me a military discount.

The customer service was excellent.

John’s Automotive is awesome! I was having issues with oil leaks for a while and I was scared to take to take my car in because the previous shop I worked with seemed unable to properly address the leaking. John’s Automotive immediately identified the problems and sent supporting pictures along with a detailed write up and a plan of action. Talk about ease of doing business! Jay was my service advisor an he’s amazing! He made what could have been a very daunting process seamless! No one wants to ever take their car into the shop for fear of the outcome but rest assure brining your car here you’ll get honesty, great service repairs, and awesome customer service!

this was my first visit to Johns Automotive and I am truly impressed they were so patient and kind with all my questions.....I did my due diligence and got a few estimates on work I needed for my 04 Honda Civic and their pricing was somewhere in the middle but what drew me to doing business with them is their honesty and straight forward manner I also appreciated the email sent to me with everything broken down on what car needed now and further down the road..... car is scheduled next week to have timing belt (and more) done will give update upon completion
