Outstanding service and honest

Great service!

Took our family friend, Fiati, in for more maintenance work that was due. As I had posted in an earlier review, the level of communication with John's Automotive is outstanding. I received a text reminder that my appointment date was coming up and it was also followed by a telephone call. Had the work done and they sent pictures of what was being done and they also worked with me regarding the pick up of Fiati as I was working in Chula Vista and my wife was in Kearny Mesa the day the work was completed. Thank you again Brian, Jay, and the rest of the staff for all that you have done. We have shared our positive experiences with friends and family and hope that this leads to more business for you.

Brian was really great about follow through on getting us an estimate for the work and the service was great. Happy to be a continued customer.

As I was driving home from work the sensor on my car notified me of low tire pressure. After a quick inspection I found it was due to a nail in my tire. I called John's to see if they could fit me in and fix the leak. Brian was very incredibly helpful and informative, from initially speaking with him on the phone till I drove out of the lot. The service at this establishment is wonderful! Thank you!

I never have to worry about leaving my car to their care. They are honest and thorough. My car is 14 years old and they always take good care of it.

I'd been looking for a new automotive shop for months. I had just replaced worn ball joints and tie rod ends and was in need of an alignment. I call and got an appointment which I had to cancel for health reasons. Brian offered if I needed anything that they would help me. That was a so surprising in this day of age.Then when I showed for my new appointment, Brian and Jay displayed genuine kindness to everyone that they came in contact with.
