I'm very pleased with John's service from making the appointment to Juan taking me home and picking me up when the car ready. Brian and Jay were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dylan did the work on the car and though I didn't see him, I have great trust in the work that he did. When I called for the appointment, I was pleased to be able to discuss recommendations from previous work at John's to determine what needed to be done this time.

Everyone seemed nice, but I spent A LOT of money on my brakes, they kept making a squealing noise for months after, I had it checked, I was told that there was a piece of metal that was making the noise but they didn't hear anything. To this day, its still making that noise and the front breaks bounce around when going down hill. I called back since my warranty was still good, but I could not leave my car over night, I have two boys that have medical needs. I wont go back, its too expensive and my car brakes stopped and sounded better before I brought my car in.
