The team at John’s is great. They are very kind and provide detailed assessments of needed work. They are clear on what needs to be done immediately and on what can be delayed for a little while. They remember us as customers, and understand and remember our car’s intricacies. Let’s face it, car repair and maintenance is a bit of a hassle. The team at John’s understands this and they do their job to get the car back on the road quickly. Brian always has a smile and is super helpful.

Jay at John's Automotive was very attentive, they call when they say they will and let you know what is going on with your vehicle. Also, he didn't make me feel bad about my car REALLY needing washed. I took it in for AC repair and I'm now confident that I can face the summer!
