The shop is well maintained and organized. Brian was outstanding and very thoughtful. The only glitch in the process was “RepairPal” who initially gave me a quote and setup the appt. Repairpal gave me a quote of $70-$95 And the shop gave me a quote of $299 for what I wanted.

I had a great experience at John's automotive.. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.. They fixed my car like new. The best part of my whole experience was the price. They did not take advantage of my un expert awareness on cars. They kept me inform of the process while I waited. I will continue Using John's automotive for all my car needs.

Impeccable customer service! The team members there are easy to talk to and are very knowledgeable in what they do, with that they are very helpful in explaining/going into detail with any questions or concerns you have. They are happy to check out the condition of your car and inform you of what they find, we were overall happy with our experience and would recommend their services to everyone! They’re simply amazing, helpful and friendly! Also, they provide a car service shuttle so you don’t need to wait there all day. Love the convenience!

It's great to leave your car and feel that it is REALLY being looked over. Problems were found and fixed and the staff couldn't be nicer. Nice to know that there is a place so close I feel confident I can bring my car and have good service.

I went here because they have great reviews. They did not disappoint. They took my car and even gave me a service ride home and back. They explained all the “needs” of my car and worked on the items we approved to keep our car safe. They looked out for us and had notes from a previous visit at the other location.
