This is the best shop I've ever been to!! They are extremely helpful, funny, and exceptional customer service. I couldn't be happier. I would have paid a few thousand dollars elsewhere but they did it all for a fraction of the cost. As long as I'm in San Diego, I won't go anywhere else but here. They also have an insanely detailed work order where they send you a link and you can view all live entry and updates as they become available. It's broken down by what's good, what needs attention sooner and what they think is required to do now. They include pics of everything too so you know you are not getting screwed. Thank you so much! I'll be back soon for more services.

Overpriced for prius diagnosis, however they are respectful and nice. They will try to help you to the best of their abilities. Brian was helpful and understanding.
