Finally!!! Found a business that not only prides itself on expertise, integrity and service and delivers fantastically on all three! I drove down from the North County and was very glad I did, well worth it. The vehicle report was comprehensive and they patiently answered questions. Brian, Jay and the entire staff are amazing! John’s shuttle driver Juan is prompt and kind. I’m now happy to count myself among the many loyal customers of John’s … blessed!

The best customer service in town. Brian and Jay were friendly, honest, and explained everything to me . The repair was cheaper than quoted due to the mechanic identifying ways to save me money.and not replacing parts unnecessarily. This place is fair and they don't BS the customer.

appreciated that the car issue was dealt with after i decided to drive by on the way to the grocery store - i had been having some problems with my coolant level and thought i better book an appt...so i went by the la mesa location thinking they might top off my coolant and i would book an appt ...however they said they had a cancellation and could look at it right away...as it turned out it was a huge problem and needed immediate attention (needed to leave overnight) - and cost over $2000 to fix....very grateful it was resolved quickly - it was good timing and good luck that i decided to stop by!

I called the week before to set up service on my Mazda. When I came on time for my appointment, I was told they had no records of my appointment on the books. I do not remember the name of the gentleman that set up the appointment on the phone. I was told that I couldn’t be helped that day, and I would have to come back in a day or two. JBM, I believe his name is Jay overheard the conversation and said he would take care of me. He apologized for the miscommunication and within an hour and a half, I was out with the service done perfectly. Thank you Jay for the great customer service. I will spread the word and I’ll be back.
