I’ve been coming to John’s auto for 4 years or so now, and they’ve been taking great care of me. Any issue I’ve had with my car is always resolved and their customer service is top tier. Highly recommend.

John’s came through as usual. Requesting an assessment and any corrections that assessment indicated that were necessary for my car, the crew at John’s did just that: they went through my vehicle, and keeping me apprised of what they’d discovered, we then discussed and settled on the options their tests revealed were needed. It is a breath of fresh air dealing with a business such as this one; a business that does well by doing good by way of its customers. Would that more firms embraced that ethic. Thanks guys.

As always the John’s crew delivered. They understood the level of service I needed for my aging vehicle and came through as promised doing what needed doing They distinguished between what had the addressed immediately and what could wait until some other time. Their candor is very much appreciated. This is a repair facility a customer can trust.

People were welcoming and did an amazing job

Really expensive. The staff is friendly and their service is great, but I did feel like they gouged me. My battery died and my trunk latch was busted. I replaced the trunk latch myself ($26 for the part and it took 15 minutes- very easy to do if you follow a 2 min. YouTube video) but my battery was drained. After a jumpstart everything was fine again, but I switched back the busted trunk latch in case there was any issues with it that I didn’t know about. They charged me $500 to charge my battery and switch the trunk latch. Very steep, especially since they broke the original part that came in and I had to wait an extra 4 days to get my car back. I need to look elsewhere for auto service.
