I really liked working with Brian and Patrick, they are both really patient and kind, especially as I tried to understand the warranty I had purchased through Carnax which was over sold and greatly under delivered. The whole staff is very friendly. After reviewing the charges I was quite disappointed that they charge almost 80.00 dollars to remove an old battery and replace it with a new one, a task I had done a month earlier myself in less than 10 minutes. When I see a charge, such as this, It makes me concerned that the rest of the bill has over charged on it also. They were very apologetic over the car not being available to pickup when it was promised. Because I enjoyed doing business with them I will most likely give them another try on my next repair.
