I called the week before to set up service on my Mazda. When I came on time for my appointment, I was told they had no records of my appointment on the books. I do not remember the name of the gentleman that set up the appointment on the phone. I was told that I couldn’t be helped that day, and I would have to come back in a day or two. JBM, I believe his name is Jay overheard the conversation and said he would take care of me. He apologized for the miscommunication and within an hour and a half, I was out with the service done perfectly. Thank you Jay for the great customer service. I will spread the word and I’ll be back.
