They always do a great job!

Everyone was super friendly! Got the job done in a timely manner and took me home using their shuttle service. I’m not from San Diego but I’ll continue to go to John’s during my time here.

Had my battery and terminal cables replaced on my Honda. Super friendly and great communication. Even allowed me to pickup my vehicle after hours.

Brian S. At John’s is awesome. My daughter goes to school at San Diego State and I was not able to help her with her car repairs. Brian and the team were able to take her car, diagnose the issues, and they had it fixed within a day. I highly recommend the shop!

Great customer service!

Was very pleased about this shop and their awesome employees. My cars radiator failed me and I was left stranded called got the car towed to their shop. The guys behind the counter were very awesome. Brain is super cool made me feel like family. And Jay is an all around good gentleman. And don't let me forget the people who worked on my car I unfortunately don't know their names but their a blessing too. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants a honest people to tell them what's wrong with your car/truck. And about future things to get ready for replacing. Thank you guys I'll be definitely coming back to your shop only.
