John's Automotive keeps doing an amazing job. I'm always happy when I leave this establishment.

I have been coming here since I moved to San Diego in 2019 and I won't take my car anywhere else. The staff at John's truly care about me and my car. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Bryan and Jay are wonderful and personable. I also appreciate the shuttle service. I won't take my car anywhere else as long as I am here.

Attendance and service was fantastic due to Brian's fantastic to determine the problems and ability to determine the correctional action. He has been fantastic each tie I come in to have our cars serviced. He has been and is a fantastic employee!

Thank you to John's Auto Care! Everyone is helpful and will be sure you understand. Juan the shuttle driver is a safe driver and enjoyable to talk with. Jay, Dylan, Brian, and the entire front and back staff are just so great. I came in on Tuesday needing an oil change and front brakes.I knew I had a noise in my car. Dylan took it for a drive with me. He was able to hear the same noise I was. Dylan then explain to me what was going in the brakes. He also reassured me they would thoroughly inspect brakes and send pictures with an estimate for my approval. By lunch I had pictures and cost estimate. I was with my car just before 5 pm eating dinner with my son. I did make an appointment ahead, but it was so great to get my car in and out. Thank you again to the entire crew you made my Tuesday!

This is my new shop! I'm pretty new to San Diego and I'm so glad I found John's Automotive! I brought in my Subaru for an oil change and overall check up, and this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had in an auto shop. And I grew up around cars, my dad being a big car guy, so I've been in a fair share of shops over the years. The customer service was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they now have a loyal customer! It's not easy to find a great shop with great prices and great service - this place has it all! Historically, shops have tried to upsell or try to show me things that now need "fixing" that were fine before. While (and luckily) I do know a bit about cars, it seems mechanics have tried to capitalize on the situation, I assume because I'm female. None of that was happening during my time here! Even the few minor things that needed attention were simply pointed out and there were no surprise fees or "extras". I felt that they were honest, helpful, and I will absolutely be back as a loyal customer and recommend this shop to everyone!
