I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection with my daughter for her first car purchase Brian, one of the service managers guided us through the process and shared a very easy to read link that is color-coded by concerns, things to be aware of and what was right with the car. It was easy for my daughter to read through and understand.

Came in to get my brakes replaced, they were in really bad shape. They were able to get it done in less than 24 hours, I came in late afternoon and had the truck back late morning the next day. Jay was super efficient and very professional. This is a place I will be returning to for any future repair needs.
