Excellent service all around

Couldn't post without leaving at least 1 star. I went in to get my brakes checked at this place and was told they couldn't help without even looking at my vehicle! I was dismissed, however politely, with 0 effort in trying to help. Awkward! The place was empty also by the way and I mean with so many other options it's no wonder with that type of non service. Take your car somewhere else! Its too easy!

Upon arriving you’re greeted by pure, welcoming energy. They immediately made me feel comfortable. I love the culture and ambiance at John’s. Super friendly and funny! Takes away the stress that comes with getting work done on your car. They’re amazing and will definitely be back. Thanks again!!

I was able to work with Brian and Jay over the phone as I live 7 hours away. My daughter is attending college in San Diego and her car (2006 Mazda 3) required some maintenance. They both are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented...Another plus they were able to accept payment over the phone. All the work done was very professional. Needed to have my rear taillight on my SUV replaced and saw the high rating. I called and spoke with Brian who was very professional and courteous. Lobby is clean and spacious and I was greeted and offered complimentary drinks (coffee, bottled water, and soda). Waited less than 20 min for install, despite being busy on a Fri. morning. Great local business that values customer service! Hard to come by these days. Thanks Brian and definitely earned my business!
