Great service, efficient repair and good prices.

They were able to take my car and get it back to me in relatively good time, especially considering it was the day after MLK day. On top of replacing the necessary parts, they made sure that the quality and value of not only the products, but the labor was far and manageable. They even ran a full diagnostic for me to let me know what else I need to keep an eye on or consider working on sooner than later. Oh and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and didn't make me feel dumb for not being very auto-literate.

On our trip from Oklahoma to California, in our 2013 Chevy Silverado, all our check engine lights were on, was cutting out, dying, on the verge of getting too hot thru the mountains. Made to our destination in La Mesa, thank God! Found this auto garage thru a recommendation. O2 sensor, radiator, oil change, called in a specialist, etc, and numerous hours they spent trying to figure out what exactly was wrong, and they were extremely thorough! When we picked it up, they assured us we would be able to get back to Oklahoma! Customer service was the best!!!!! Thanks you for getting us up and moving again!!!

I love this place!! Ive never had such a thorough diagnostics on a vehicle before. They check everything and even send you pictures of anything needing repairs. My brakes were grinding, so I thought for sure Id need new everything, NOPE, They gave me the great news that I had a rock stuck in my caliper. Any other shop could have lied and just took my money. I appreciate their honesty!

Always when I take my vehicle they are Honest and the services are always outstanding. Never had to go back to complain. Customer service is also an A+. Recommend anyone looking for a new mechanic. 👌💯

This is my second visit to John’s automotive. My first one I was due for a service check. The second one was I heard a beeping I thought it was a sensor in my Audi took it to John’s. My husband called me and told me it wasn’t the car beeping in the garage, it was my garage door backup battery, how hilarious anyway he still inspected my car just to see if there’s were any issues going on I appreciate them so much. Very great place to go. I will continue going.
