John's Automotive Care is simply the best place to take your car if you want trustworthy attention to detail on everything. I've been going to John's for a while now and I certainly look forward to seeing Jay and Brian every time. I not only feel so welcomed when I visit, but I know each and every time my car will be thoroughly taken care of. They are so communicative, insanely kind, patient, and explanatory of services needed or completed, and just overall great people. My car always feels great when I drive it off the lot. Ive always liked coming here as the staff as extremely nice and I think they do a thorough job. The only reason Im not leaving more stars is because I wasnt aware of the total repair cost before my car was finished. I had a conversation with a service member on Friday and agreed to have the repairs done by Monday afternoon. I wasnt quoted the cost of service and forgot to ask, and theyre closed on weekends, so I was going to call back Monday to ask about the cost. I received a call Monday morning that the car was finished. I understand parts and labor are expensive but I might have held off on some things if I knew the total price. Very stressful.

Upfront and honest. Snacks at the front desk were a plus. Overall great place. 12/10 recommend.
