As usual I get excellent service from Harloff and now John's Automotive. The service writers are always very nice and attentive. They tell you what needs to be done and alert you to situations that you need to have taken care of in the near future.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and personable from the moment I walked in. I won’t be living in La Mesa anymore but they’ve gained a customer for life just from the wonderful service and professionalism I received.

I have gone to John's automotive for a couple of years now and had some major repairs done to my older Lexus. They are always nice, actually I enjoy all the guys I have met that work there. They have a nice and clean waiting room with newer magazines some even for women! I usually don't have to wait very long because they have a shuttle so I can stay home or at my office all day while the work is being done and then they will pick me up to get my car! Price-wise, not any less than any other good place but I trust them and they do a great job!

Provided two incentives in the form of a military discount and an on-line coupon. Called with an update and when work was completed.

Harloff...now John's...was recommended by C&D auto just up the street...to assess and work on my daughter's BMW. Could not be happier with the service and advice they provided. It was a top notch experience and I would return here for any automotive needs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough nice things about them.
