Dave is awesome, great humor and funny he and his crew make u feel welcomed into there business. I really enjoy the way they're able to present insight to your vehicle through a camera view and tell you what you need done to your vehicle or not. No BS kind of Guy. I'll be returning from now on. Always a pleasure to work with the people at John's Auto Repair. They made me an appointment that was quick and perfect for my busy schedule. The work was done at a price as promised and exactly on time. They included a detailed inspection of the vehicle in addition to the work performed, and spoke knowledgeably about potential future problems and recommended preventative maintenance. All without a sales pitch. Their prices are very competitive, especially with the Big Name Places. The best part is that they treated me not only as a valued customer - I felt like a family member. It is very easy for me to trust the safety of my family to John's Auto Repair. 2 'Thumbs up!' and 5 stars, for sure.

Excellent service from real professionals

The BEST experience I’ve ever had with an automotive shop!!!! Dave was so friendly and gave me options for my car. They even email you a detailed report on what needs to be fixed and what check out ok. I will definitely be back and they have a new customer for life!

The engine of my car seized. AAA towed it to John's. Right from the start Bill, Dave, Bryan, and the mechanics were so involved, courteous, friendly, and honest. We ended up donating the car to the Boys and Girls club/Cuyamaca Collage through John's. They didn't charge us a cent for the work they did on my car. I will take all my vehicles to them from now on.
