My initial experience with Johns could have been better, I felt that my financial concerns weren't properly addressed. I was surprised after the repair was complete to receive a follow up call from the owner John, apologizing for the miscommunication during my repair and offering to address a front end noise I've been experiencing for free. I brought my car in they did an extensive amount of checking and work. The determination is bad tires, I was assured that if there was still an issue after replacement they would make it right. I am a big fan of integrity and is comforting to know that there are still auto repair places that are all about quality work and customer appreciation.
