John’s Automotive Care is a great repair shop for someone who is looking for a superb auto inspection service, along with their quality work, professionalism, and great customer services. I learned about this company through an add I received from my AAA membership, for a free auto inspection by a AAA certified provider in the area. I am so glad that John’s Automotive Care In La Mesa was the closest shop near me. Their customer service was fantastic, with Plenty of comfortable seating, amenities and snacks while waiting. They even have a free ride home service, in case you have to wait too long for your car to be completed. I was very impressed also at the end of the inspection when I was provided with a break down of the report findings which, included photos of the problems with my car which enabled me to make a clear decision on how to precede with the future care of my car. I never experience the help from a car repair shop like John’s Automotive Care, which makes it very special to me.

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and excellent customer satisfaction! We'll be back for sure!
