On August 20th Brian strickler was very helpful and kind. Dave also was in the office and so was John. These gentlemen were awesome! They were funny with a wonderful sense of humor and very helpful and informative. I appreciate all that they did for my car and how they kept me company while sitting in the waiting room. First time customer. So far so good and I will be back. I was looking for a new place because my current shop seems to be bothered when I bring in any of my cars and I have also witnessed the owner/mechanic being a bit put out when other customers come in. Certainly a different experience at Johns. It felt like they wanted my business. Very friendly on the phone and in person. I am hopeful it continues that way. Other reviews were also very positive with their honesty and capabilities and I felt the same even though it was just basic service this time. More work headed their way soon!

Dave and his team are always friendly and honest about the work performed. I don't feel pressured to do any extra work.

I went there one time before for a battery great service. I had a sudden flat tire and they changed my tire out and made sure I was safely back on the road. Free of charge!! Dave and everyone at Johns Automotive Care are very helpful and informative. Getting texts and emails while my vehicle was being serviced was a great added value.

The people at John's Automotive were very patient and understanding, respecting my 95-year-old mom's connection to an old car that was a 50th wedding anniversary from my dad. During a delay in obtaining the correct part for a car that old, Bryan was very good to keep us informed regarding progress being made. Dave always showed understanding of our unique situation; and John (the nice man who returned the car to us) showed kindness and a personal interest in my mom's story. All this great service, and the car is up and running again!!!

On a rating of 1 to 10 and 10 being best I would give Brian a twelve (12). I had a 56' Chevy BelAir towed over 200 miles to a Shipping Co in San Diego for it's trip to Hawaii for it's restoration. To say the car was rough is an understatement and it was rejected by the Shipping CO. Living in the LA area and handling it by phone, I desperately called a few spots and was fortunately recommended to JOHN'S AUTOMOTIVE CARE. I talked to Brian and he completely turned my difficult and frustrating situation around. Not only did he get my Chevy seaworthy but he did it quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price.
