Honest and friendly staff! Saved me a ton $$$...

I've been going to the John's automotive on Riverdale St since getting a different car over 2 years ago. However this one opened up closer to home somewhere near 6 or so months ago and it is showing the same quality of service from the other John's. Very professional, have a courtesy driver, and no complications after repairs. Now very important to me; unlike Midas, I don't see any evidence of sabotage to try to get more money out of you. I didn't know this till today but they have an after hours drop off box if you cannot bring it in the morning. Might be a little hard to do it right now with the construction going on since there is nowhere to park the car on the street, but still. Good to know for the future. Also if you are coming in with construction during office hours and were confused like me since the main entrance was blocked off, they have a second entrance on Lowell St.

Very honest and straightforward. Could have tried to convince me to let them fix everything, but just worked on what I asked for. Thanks dudes.

This shop is the best most honest bunch of guys I have ever dealt with at an automotive shop! Straight shooters, No Blowing smoke! I love this place. My husband and I went here for our daughters Mini Cooper that was having an issue and they diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair quote , did the work and got the car back to us in time for her to go to work in the evening ! We have 4 vehicles and this is our automotive shop for all of them now ! Thanks Guys, y'all are awesome!!!

Loved this place! They where so helpful! I loved Dave, Bryan, and John C! They where so nice and helpful! They keep me posted anything and everything that when on with my car!
