Let me start by telling you guys that this review is well overdue! I bought a used car about three months ago and I was basically scammed... Car started acting up so I took it into a different shop(not John's)and all they said was that I should try to take the car back to the dealership. They didn't even open the block lol. Anyway, Since it had already been 30 days, from the day I bought it, that wasn't an option. I decided to try John's automotive and right away Brian, along with everyone else there, started to help in every witch way they could. They even gave me a ride home in the shops shuttle since I drove my car in. They found the problem quick and helped me get my baby back on the road but that's the not all. Any honest technician can fix a car. Well, not only did they help me with repairs, they also went beyond that and helped me get some money back from the dealership I bought my car from to pay for the repairs. I have never heard or seen a technician go out of their way to help a customer like they did. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great, fast, trustworthy technician. Can't begin to express my gratitude. They keep you up to date with repairs by sending you pictures along with details of what was wrong and what they did to fix it. John's automotive took care of the business that need taking care of without trying to add services that weren't needed.

I love coming here with my car, there are so many great things to say! I came here first to get it inspected immediately after purchasing the car and have come for maintenance and oil changes since then. It feels nice having a place to go to where they know your car and recognize changes in it over time. The waiting area is filled with yummy snacks and coffee. I appreciate the thorough inspections they give me that include areas my car is doing well in, areas to continue monitoring and anything that needs to be addressed asap. In this last visit today they noticed my oil starting to collect some and called my car dealership to ensure I was still under a warranty so I could get further inspection and help from them under my warranty. They also rotated my tires complimentary as that was definitely needed. One of the workers, Brian, answers my car questions which is great since I don't know cars very well. The place does a shuttle to work or home which is super convenient and the guy who drove was very kind and pleasant to talk with. Lastly, the prices are reasonable and for the hard work and great customer service, it's worth every penny. Thanks for always taking care of my car so well!
