A few minor problems with the paperwork,needed correcting. When I mentioned the issue, it was correctly resolved. Office staff was friendly, helpful and good service personnel.

Brain comped my leaking inspection this morning because of a lose antifreeze cap! I was impressed by his honesty and definitely will bring my wife’s car in for service in the future. Thanks Brain!

At last I have found the auto care love of my life! Everyone at John's Automotive is competent, friendly, and makes me laugh. I trust them--which is great since I am a car idiot--and the first time I went in, they got on the phone to negotiate with AAA, who were trying to wriggle out of their responsibility. I would have gladly paid for their assistance, but they didn't charge me a cent. You can't beat that.

Dave gave my boyfriend and me a Christmas miracle! I got the wrong wiper blades from Walmart and to make things worse our Honda has a different way to put them on instead of the easy J-Hook way. Dave took the time to figure it out for us and gave us the correct wipers for our car. We even tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it. He said, "Merry Christmas!" It was absolutely incredible!
