John's Automotive provides detailed assessment of your vehicle, even if you just need routine work done. They include very clear pictures of what they see, rate issues to monitor on clear report featuring green (things o.k.), yellow (things to consider and keep an eye on) and red (things that need immediate attention). All this comes on your phone or email. Need a filter change? There's a photo that shows how dirty the old one is. All this and work performed at reasonable prices, too. And they'll drop you off back home, and pick you up when your car is ready. How handy is that?

They did a great job getting me in and out. My car needed a smog check and it was completed in about half an hour. They were very careful with social distancing, masks, and protective sheeting in the car. They did the professional job I have come to expect from this shop.
