I brought my 2014 Honda CR-V in for 30k service and smog as I was getting it ready to sell. I had called and made an appointment and was surprised to be greeted by name when I walked in by Bryan. When Bryan asked if I was getting another car, I explained that my husband was killed by a hit and run drunk driver and got emotional. The compassion I received from him and John was amazing. They took excellent care of my car and then comped my bill. My heart is full- it's so nice to know that with everything going on, there's still such beautiful souls in this world. I have found my forever mechanics and friends at John's Automotive and want to tell the world!! They are better than the best!! (:
