John’s gives the best customer service and quality car service! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I called needing a new battery asap and they took me in right away to take care of it. Very attentive and friendly staff

I am very impressed of the level service of this company. I always have been going to the dealership but since I visited this auto-shop I see I haven’t miss anything and I saved money.

The guys are friendly and cool. Easy to chat with and ask about car stuff. It is awesome to know such quality car care is so close to my home. I have some automobile knowledge and always research and cross reference ideas and possible problems and solutions. These guys always welcome the discussion as we figure out the best case scenarios. I recommend giving them a try. No complaints here

Was great communication. Issues I had were fixed. The grill had become moveable when I was returned the vehicle.

I used to take my car to the Toyota dealership for everything, but this place is much better. Toyota used to give me a quote for several hundreds of dollars for maintenance, but I came here for a second opinion, and the staff told me that a lot of the work Toyota recommended really wasn't necessary. Their prices are also much lower than the dealership, and the service is excellent. Plus the service is very timely. Along with being honest, the staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly. There's a nice waiting room with drinks, coffee, free wifi . They do ask you to drop off now due to the Covid recommendations. Bonus: They have masks and hand sanitizer in case you forget yours!

Simply the best.

These guys are legit. I live down the street, and my car completely drained of transmission fluid via a massive leak somewhere in the engine. Not wanting to call a tow, I threw in some fluid and managed to get the car, limping, to this shop. I was greeted by Brian who was genuinely interested in helping, but had no availability for the day. He let me store the car in their lot overnight and put a pan underneath to catch the leakage. Next day he put the car on a lift and figured out the filter seal had failed. After replacing the filter and fluid, the transmission problem that I thought was going to be major was fixed in less than an hour. An honest fix for a very reasonable price. Will take my cars here in the future.
