This was my first time going here, but my husband has been here for oil changes. They were really professional and I very much appreciated the extra steps they took to communicate my cars needs with actual proof. They send you progress photos to your email and photos of items that need to be fixed and such. Made the whole process feel very open and honest and I appreciate that. I will be back!

Had to drop the car off after a flashing engine light. They ran the diagnostics first thing next day, then helped us get the car to the dealership where we actually had the car under warranty. This shop could have easily charged us several thousands for work, but opted to act above and beyond the expectation. I would definately return to this automotive repair shop in the future.

I never have to worry about leaving my car to their care. They are honest and thorough. My car is 12 years old and they always take good care of it.

Brian was very helpful and extremely polite. I got a great deal and they were 100% honest with me. I went in to you have my brakes serviced on my 2014 BMW 328i and they knew the ins and outs of my vehicle. I didn't tell them that I'm an automotive tech and that I had previously inspected my vehicle to see if they would try and sell me on a bunch of stuff that I did not need. I'm very happy to say that they passed the test with flying colors. They gave me a very fair price and even gave me a first-time discount as well as paid for my Uber home while waiting for my vehicle to be finished. I highly recommend John's automotive!

Had the chance to get my oil change done by these guys. I was surprised how cheap a full synthetic oil change was. 25 dollar discount for first time customers and the people are good people too. Very hard to find a honest mechanic shop.
