This place is excellent starting with the customer service. Brian really is a warm personality and makes you feel heard. I know people worry about being scammed or ripped off with auto mechanics, but this was not the case with John’s Automotive and I was put at ease the minute I entered the building. One of the best in the business! Always reliable, i recommend them to everyone I know. The communication I have received by them has been exceptional. I will continue to come back We have been taking our cars here for years. and I won't go anywhere else. He calls me to keep me informed of what's going on and I don't have to worry. We have taken over 6 of our family cars here and we can trust that our cars are safe for our children. They go above and beyond every day and we will be forever customers.
