Brian and John were extremely polite and helpful. I went in to have my BMW checked for a brake pad code my car was displaying. They checked and informed me my brakes were fine and merely needed to clear the code. Their honesty is well appreciated. I didn't tell them that I'm an ASE certified automotive technician and had checked my brake pads before bringing it in. Honest, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They even gave me a first time discount AND payed for my Uber. I would HIGHLY recommend John's Automotive.
