This is the 4th time I have had a car worked here at John's in La Mesa. Always a pleasure to do business here. Fast, more than efficient and very nice. Reasonably priced as well. Extremely happy with every aspect of their service.

My Son in law insisted I go Ram Dealer to check my engine light. From past experience I didn't want to. There had to be a place that could diagnose my truck. I looked at quite a few, checked there reviews and Fortunately found John's Automotive. Made the appt on line. Called later that same morning to confirm. Mentioned to me at that time they could provide a ride for me. Couldn't have worked out better. Truck was fixed without having all these other Recommendations that were needed from Other place. I've had some bad experiences at many local auto repair places in San Diego. However going to John's Auto Repair in Le Mesa was night and day. Brian took care of us and the entire staff was great to work with. They frequently update you with detailed pictures and that have a shuttle driver named John who is very nice. My family couldn't be happier with their flawless service and not only will we go back again, but we highly recommend this place to everyone. Way to go and great job!!!

John's Automotive Care in La Mesa is truly a great resource for automobile owners who want the best for their car. We really needed help getting our 1978 Triumph Spitfire back on the road and the great mechanic, Robert, with years of specialized experience exceeded our expectations with solid repairs (battery, brakes, tune-up, radiator) and special parts, including finding a salvage rear axle in northern California that was necessary to get us back on the road! We passed smog tests when John fixed our car back in 2017, and today 2019 we just passed smog again! Thanks to Robert and to John's Automotive for solid work with a smile!
