Not only were they friendly, fast and more than fair, they were funny (quad F, FTW!)! John is great and very helpful and I will be coming back again when I need any work done on my car. Way to make a new customer feel very welcome. 🤟

Once again, the team at John's Automotive has exceeded all expectations in servicing my vehicle. I am treated as if I was part of the family every time. Could've charged me thousands of dollars and I never would've known, instead they broke down my cars issues to me and gave me options, allowing me to choose the right repairs even if it was significantly less expensive. Will use them for all my future car repair/maintenance needs.

I own a Mercedes Benz convertible and I'm picky as to who works on my car. To find a good Mercedes mechanic is hard. I live in Spring Valley and my last mechanic was in Oceanside and when he retired I was at a loss. I was told by another mechanic to go to Harloff's in La Mesa. The day I went there was rth first day of it being John's automotive. I was pleased to find out they still had the same mechanic who knows the ins and outs of a Mercedes. Every time I take my car there I know I'm getting the best service and know the job is done right. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a shuttle service. Wow! I can't say enough good things about them. If you take your car there no matter what make, you will not be disappointed!
