This was my first visit to John's and I was very happy with the whole experience. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. They did all the service I requested and never tried to sell me on a bunch of additional work other than what I outlined for them when I made the appointment. They gave my car a thorough inspection and recommended one minor additional service but with absolutely no pressure to commit to it. It was a needed and reasonable suggestion and I had it done also. The whole experience was good as they were very accommodating with scheduling and completion with very fair pricing. I'll definitely be back.

I was looking at buying a 4WD Lexus so I brought it here for a pre-purchase inspection. I wanted to know if there were any mechanical issues before I bought it. They put it up on the lift, had the wheels off, and completed a thorough inspection and identified issues and provided pictures of the trouble spots. They only charged $89 and provided detailed assessments of the work that needed to be done. Very happy with service.
