I needed an oil change service for my Infinity, and called John's Automotive Care in La Mesa to see when they could fit me in. Brian was very friendly and worked with my schedule to get me in right away. When I arrived he greeted me by name and explained the process used to make sure they communicate every step of the way. As promised I received an email with the estimate and pictures of any issues - my engine air filter was very dirty! He followed up with a phone call, telling me that my battery had some issues. But, he said, the battery is under warranty, so he suggested I go to Infinity rather than trying to charge me for a new battery. Honesty goes a LONG way with me. I'll be taking all three of my vehicles to this service center.
