September 2, 2020 I used John's Automotive Care, located in La Mesa CA, via a free AAA general car inspection. Service received was both thorough and informative. All my questions were patiently answered. I was informed of the urgency of all issues found and given a variety of options in regards to parts and services recommended. I appreciated the time, friendliness, service and professionalism received on a complimentary free AAA paid for inspection. Thank you, John’s Automotive Care staff.

Outstanding customer service from all employees! They are very well organized and I trust them completely. Last Friday I stopped in and John took care of my requests to check the oil, fluids and rear lights. There was no charge as they provide this great service to all their customers. One light was out and another was about to go out.. and still no charge to take care of it for me! My brother sent me to John's Auto Care earlier this year when I was looking for a local trustworthy auto care shop. I feel elated to be one of their customers knowing my vehicle is always in Great hands! Thank you everyone! :)

Went in for a smog and the staff there was great! They were very helpful and i have to say they snagged a repeat customer.

This is the go-to place. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I’ve brought numerous vehicles them. Cannot be happier with their service(s). I feel additional repairs are never “forced” on me. They give you a complete breakdown of what needs immediate attention down, to what can wait then to, later down the line this will need to get looked at. Nothing compared to dealers where you go in for an oil change and next thing you know your walking out spending a couple hundred bucks. I’m very meticulous about my cars (ranging from 2001-2018) and where I bring them. I know I can call John or Brian, tell them what’s going on, drop it off and (like I always tell them, I’m in no rush just call me when it’s done) never have to worry about anything else. Hard to find a reliable and trustworthy auto repair spot but this place is it. I’ve already sent my roommates to John’s and they’ve also continued to bring their vehicles there and they’ve continued to be happy with their services. Highly, highly recommend John’s Automotive Care. Plus they have cold sodas and water 👍🏿 😄
