Probably the best mechanic I’ve been to. They took their time to figure out the problems with my vehicle even after two days of it passing tests and then gave me realistic advice about how to proceed once the problems were found. They break down the entire inspection and let you know item-by-item what the problem is and how it is caused/fixed. Brian was great about calling in and giving updates, and was a really nice guy to deal with in general. Definitely recommend their service!

I was having issues with my 2014 Jeep Patriot. I contacted John's automotive care, and set up an appointment to have my car towed there. They called me when my car arrived and let me know they would start the diagnostic for my car. I got a call letting my know what the issue was and what options I had. They were honest and not pushy whatsoever. They even sent me an email detailing what was wrong with my car with photos. They repaired my car quickly. I am very happy with John's automotive and highly recommend them to anyone!

I was told by another shop that one of my shocks was leaking and needed to be replaced. I went to Johns for a second opinion, they checked my car over completely, with pictures and saved me alot of money. They have earned my business and lots of referrals. Great job!
