I was having issues with my 2014 Jeep Patriot. I contacted John's automotive care, and set up an appointment to have my car towed there. They called me when my car arrived and let me know they would start the diagnostic for my car. I got a call letting my know what the issue was and what options I had. They were honest and not pushy whatsoever. They even sent me an email detailing what was wrong with my car with photos. They repaired my car quickly. I am very happy with John's automotive and highly recommend them to anyone!

The mechanic who helped me (john) was very nice and extremely helpful and got the job done pretty fast.

I felt confident about physical safety during a recent visit. The reception area set-up conforms to distancing guidelines. All personnel wore masks and care was taken to sanitize vehicle interior and keys after service was completed. While waiting for a lift, I was comfortably seated outdoors. They do good work at John's Automotive and courtesy is a priority.
