Not very satisfied. Took my Audi Q5 in for a follow up on an oil leak. They discovered it was from the valve cover gasket. This was on 8/13. Didn’t get my car back until 8/19 and there was damage to the passenger rear door handle, a tire mark on the passenger front door and I thought a dent on the driver side rear door. Their representative looked at the points I mentioned and brought in an auto detail who did a “Sapphire Wash” on the car and a tick sheet. Their rep tells me there is touch up paint all over the car and he wasn’t able the buff out the door handle. He also stated he hadn’t done a walk around when the car was brought in.... I was told by their rep that a valve gasket replacement was a hard job and took 8 hours. I believe there are 40 hours in a work week (the amount of time they had my car) I guess I have an untrustworthy face. I ended my association with them at that time and won’t be back. To me the motto at the top of their stationary doesn’t ring true “Where old fashioned values, quality repair, and first-class service convenience is found. “ I suggest you look elsewhere.
