Outstanding customer service from all employees! They are very well organized and I trust them completely. Last Friday I stopped in and John took care of my requests to check the oil, fluids and rear lights. There was no charge as they provide this great service to all their customers. One light was out and another was about to go out.. and still no charge to take care of it for me! My brother sent me to John's Auto Care earlier this year when I was looking for a local trustworthy auto care shop. I feel elated to be one of their customers knowing my vehicle is always in Great hands! Thank you everyone! :)

Excellent service, great attention to my problem, reasonable price. My mechanical problem was somewhat unusual but they handled the problem in a very professional manner. They pinpointed the area of the problem which is what i asked and retuned my vehicle to me the next day. Very pleased. gbailey.

Went in for a smog and the staff there was great! They were very helpful and i have to say they snagged a repeat customer.

This is the go-to place. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I’ve brought numerous vehicles them. Cannot be happier with their service(s). I feel additional repairs are never “forced” on me. They give you a complete breakdown of what needs immediate attention down, to what can wait then to, later down the line this will need to get looked at. Nothing compared to dealers where you go in for an oil change and next thing you know your walking out spending a couple hundred bucks. I’m very meticulous about my cars (ranging from 2001-2018) and where I bring them. I know I can call John or Brian, tell them what’s going on, drop it off and (like I always tell them, I’m in no rush just call me when it’s done) never have to worry about anything else. Hard to find a reliable and trustworthy auto repair spot but this place is it. I’ve already sent my roommates to John’s and they’ve also continued to bring their vehicles there and they’ve continued to be happy with their services. Highly, highly recommend John’s Automotive Care. Plus they have cold sodas and water 👍🏿 😄

These guys have been so good to us. My wife and I moved to California a little over a year ago and left behind a mechanic I had been with for 15 years. I was worried it would be difficult to find a mechanic I could trust to be honest with me, but then we found John's Automotive and Brian. Brian has been absolutely spectacular to work with. We've visited them twice with our car and both times Brian's personality, honesty and genuineness have shone through. We feel so comfortable coming in. Thanks for keeping us moving guys!

These guys are good, a one stop shop!

I would highly recommend this place the people are friendly and knowledgeable. And they send out full diagnostic sheets while your vehicle is in the shop.

This shop is by FAR the best automotive support for my ancient Honda...2003...and they treat it like a Rolls. The service crew is great; I've taken my car to the La Mesa location which has serviced my car for the past three years. But in over 50 years I have not had a more satisfying auto service experience than at John's Automotive. And you CANNOT BEAT THE PRICES!
