Recently moved to the area from a different part of san diego and was looking for a new mechanic. This shop had good reviews on Yelp so I chose them. The shop was clean, customer service was friendly and professional. The wheel alignment that they did fixed the thumping noise on a new car I bought that was starting to take the fun of driving it away. So far, so good!

Same as last time, professional work, no sales pressure, honest evaluations and diagnostics, and excellent customer service.

John’s automotive care was open and honest with me about every single thing when it came to my car and what needed to be done and did a spectacular job! On top of that, the staff was probably one of the friendliest that I’ve encountered!

I had to leave my vehicle at the shop for 2 days. John and Brian kept me updated every step of the way, and did whatever possible to help. All staff was very friendly and helpful. If I have any other big problems, I'll definitely be coming back here.
