I had to leave my vehicle at the shop for 2 days. John and Brian kept me updated every step of the way, and did whatever possible to help. All staff was very friendly and helpful. If I have any other big problems, I'll definitely be coming back here.

Great service! Friendly staff! Knowledgeable and honest staff. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We've learned a hard lesson on that in the past with cheap mechanics! My husband and I both love and trust John's Auto!!!

September 2, 2020 I used John's Automotive Care, located in La Mesa CA, via a free AAA general car inspection. Service received was both thorough and informative. All my questions were patiently answered. I was informed of the urgency of all issues found and given a variety of options in regards to parts and services recommended.
