Although my daughter had used John’s service previously & spoke very highly of them, this was my first time. I have to agree that the service I got was definitely “Five Star”. The mysterious mechanical problems were solved, the car clearly & completely evaluated & the cost was unbeatable. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop. You know the repair is going to be done right the second you walk in, clean inside and outside, organized and "everyone" greets you. They were very professional and straight forward. They did a thorough inspection of my 35 year old truck. We addressed the immediate issues and I am very happy with the results. They are worth the price and I will recommend their services to family and friends. The entire staff cares, hence the name John's Auto Care La Mesa (another GREAT place!).

A more difficult job than I had anticipated was completed with dedication and competence. Every effort was made to keep costs reasonable. Will continue to refer others to this business.
