Brian took my repair order. They worked on my car for 2 repairs for me. Brian explained to me that they have to order a part to finish my third repair. Brian explained to me in a simple manner what had to be done to complete my repair. Brian was professional, friendly and courteous to me.

You know the repair is going to be done right the second you walk in, clean inside and outside, organized and "everyone" greets you. They were very professional and straight forward. They did a thorough inspection of my 35 year old truck. We addressed the immediate issues and I am very happy with the results. They are worth the price and I will recommend their services to family and friends. The entire staff cares, hence the name John's Auto Care La Mesa (another GREAT place!).
